COLORS: SCREEN VS PRINT
Colors on the print may be less intense than on the screen – this is a normal phenomenon in digital printing.
Your screen glows, making colors appear very vibrant and saturated. Canvas prints don't emit light; they reflect it, so colors appear more muted and matte . This difference is present throughout the printing industry and stems from the difference between screen technology and physical printing.
Images are printed on high-quality canvas using durable inks, ensuring excellent detail and longevity. Files are prepared according to professional printing standards.
Shipping original paintings
After purchase, the painting will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and is usually 3 to 7 business days .
For shipments to the UK, delivery times may be longer due to customs procedures. All original paintings are shipped from Spain.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping prints
Each canvas print is made to order, especially for you . Once your purchase is made, production begins.
The fulfillment process typically takes 2-4 business days , after which the order is shipped directly from the nearest production center.
Other prints - fine art prints and greeting cards - are sent after payment is made the next business day.

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
In the case of original paintings painted by me, a change of mind after purchase (e.g. cancellation or exchange) involves costs on the part of the customer .
However, if the painting was damaged during shipment or there was another error on my part, it is possible to return it – in such a situation , I will cover all return shipping costs .
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
Once the returned painting has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued or, at the customer's request , a voucher of the same value will be issued for future purchases.
CANVAS PRINTS AND PRINT ART
All products are made to order and manufactured only after the order is placed. Please consider your purchase carefully. Changing your mind after purchase (e.g., canceling or exchanging) will incur a fee .
Damaged or defective orders
If your order is damaged or has a manufacturing defect , I will offer a free replacement or full refund.
To request an exchange or refund, please contact me at hello@silelaoise.art within 14 days of delivery , including:
- A clear picture of the problem
- Photo of the barcode label on the packaging
- Order ID (number)
After analyzing the problem, I will issue an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
